Sprint Developers

I am having a hell of a time trying to upload and install BOTH the jar and jad file to an ic502. I have a specific java app that I need to have installed for business purposes. The tools motorola have for this aren't working and so far, the uploader here creates problems in that I don't have access, to what appears to be the jad file, of specific settings to tell the program to access a specific server and other network type settings. If anyone has any ideas as to a solution, I would greatly appreciate it.

BTW, the majority of the other phones we have are nextel phones and the nextel mam site works perfect for this app and everything works fine.
